Behind it, two private courtyards. Behind each courtyard, an apartment of fifty square metres for up to four guests. No signs, no front desk, no one in a uniform.

This is Roma Segreta. A small piece of central Rome that we have kept for ourselves, and now share with a few. The Colosseum is a hundred metres from the front door. The Roman Forum, less. The rest, you find on your own.
