What is the cancellation policy at Roma Segreta Apartments?
For bookings made on this website, cancellation is free, with a full refund, up to 14 days before check-in. Between 14 and 7 days before check-in, 50% of the total is charged. Less than 7 days before check-in, and for no-shows, the full amount is charged. For bookings made on Airbnb or Booking.com, the terms shown on that platform apply.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Write to info@romasegretapartments.com or on WhatsApp at +39 327 912 7457. Changes of dates depend on availability. Cancellations of bookings made on this website follow the policy above: free up to 14 days before check-in, 50% charged between 14 and 7 days, full amount charged in the last 7 days.
How many guests can stay in a Roma Segreta apartment?
Up to 4 guests in each apartment: a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Cots are free on request.
Is there parking available near Roma Segreta Apartments in Monti?
We are in Rione Monti, outside Rome's ZTL limited-traffic zone, so you can reach us by car. The nearest public garage is Roma Park Colosseo, Via Ostilia 48, a short walk away. Daily rates are set by the garage.
How do I get to Roma Segreta Apartments from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport?
From Fiumicino, take the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini (32 minutes), then Metro Line B to Colosseo, a short taxi ride, or a walk of about 12 minutes. From Ciampino, a taxi takes around 40 minutes. Taxis from both airports charge a fixed fare to central Rome.
How does check-in and check-out work at Roma Segreta Apartments?
Check-in is from 14:00 with self check-in: you let yourself in with a digital door code, at any hour, with no reception to wait for. We send the code and the directions before you arrive. Check-out is by 11:00.
Can I leave my luggage at the apartment after check-out?
Yes. Luggage storage is free for our guests, before check-in and after check-out, at Via della Polveriera 42, a few steps from the apartments. Just let us know in advance.
