Roma Segreta Apartments operates a self-service luggage storage at Via della Polveriera 42, in Rione Monti, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It is open to all travellers in Rome — you do not need to be a guest of our apartments to use it.
Is the luggage storage open to everyone or only to Roma Segreta guests?
The luggage storage is open to everyone visiting Rome, including travellers who are not staying in our apartments. Anyone can book a spot, drop their bags and explore the city hands-free, whether you have an early arrival, a late departure or a long layover.
What are the opening hours of the luggage storage?
The facility is fully automated and open 24/7, every day of the year. You can drop off and pick up your bags at any time, day or night, with no fixed time slots and no staff to wait for.
How much does luggage storage cost near the Colosseum?
Prices start from €2 for small bags and from €5 for large bags. The exact price depends on how many hours you store the bag and whether you add insurance, and is shown transparently in the app before you confirm.
How do I book and pay for luggage storage?
